A place that preserves
traditions
Created by a family,
in love with the Baltic
Welcome to Usadba, a place where history finds new
life and every guest becomes part of one big family.
We are a Kaliningrad family in love with the Baltic, its rugged beauty and rich history. This love inspired Usadba: a country park hotel and restaurant where cultural heritage, signature Baltic and Russian cuisine, and sincere hospitality come together.
It all began with a dream. In 2005, we opened a small guesthouse. Before long, that dream grew into a network of hotels and restaurants across Kaliningrad and the surrounding region. Over the years, we have created three distinctive hotels and three signature restaurants. Above all, each has become a special place, a place
where you want to stay. Usadba is more than a hotel and a restaurant.
The story of the estate
18th century
In the 18th century, this was the noble estate of the Neumann-Feldberg family, who came from Mecklenburg.
The estate covered almost 500 hectares and included the main house, outbuildings, meadows, pastures, woodland, orchards and flower gardens.
1946
During the Second World War, the area became an important defensive position on the approaches to Fort King Friedrich III. In 1946, Nesselbeck was renamed Orlovka.
2004
When we acquired the property, only a partly ruined main building and four hectares of land remained.
The surviving parts of the historic manor were carefully restored, beginning a new chapter for Usadba Park Hotel in Kaliningrad.
